Starting in May, the welcome series Guten Morgen, Karlsruhe! will also take place at Campus North.

The kickoff event will be held on May 12, 2026, and begins with a welcome address by Prof. Dr. Thomas Hirth, Vice President for Transfer and International Affairs. The IScO team will provide information on important official documents as well as university processes and offer practical tips for everyday life. International researchers and academic guests are warmly invited to participate, ask questions, and make initial contacts.

After a shared lunch, you will have the opportunity to visit the Energy Lab, one of KIT's central large-scale research infrastructures and an important place for the study of sustainable energy systems.
