Opportunities for Volunteer Work

Getting Involved with Student Representatives

Student representatives represent the interests of students in a particular field of study and play an active role in shaping campus life. If you’d like to advocate for the interests of your fellow students, organize courses, or contribute to the further development of your field of study, you can get involved with your student representatives.

You can find an overview of the student representatives and their contact information on the AStA website: Student Representatives | AStA at KIT

Participation in Committees and University Policy

Students can also actively help shape their university and advocate for the interests of the student body through various KIT committees. One option is to get involved in the Student Body and its political structures.

Further information on the Student Body Board (AStA) and opportunities to participate in university policy can be found on the AStA website: https://www.asta-kit.de/de/studierendenschaft/stupa
