Spring Academy on Sustainability From March 23 to 26, 2026, the interdisciplinary Spring Academy focusing on the "Sustainable Circular Economy" will take place at KIT for students of Eucor universities. In addition to various workshops, participants can earn 2 to 4 ECTS credits and visit the Eucor info booth at the Sustainability Forum. Registration for this event is open until March 15, 2026. More
Eucor universities plan joint sustainability program The Eucor universities are examining the creation of a solution-oriented sustainability program through a series of workshops, which, following the kick-off in Karlsruhe, is now continuing in Basel and Strasbourg. The goal is to pool cross-border expertise for the training of specialized professionals in fields such as energy and mobility. For the next session in Basel interested parties can still register until March 25, 2026. More
Theater Afternoon in Strasbourg on Migration and Equality On April 27, 2026, a theater afternoon will be held in Strasbourg for students from Karlsruhe, Freiburg, and Basel, dedicated to the themes of migration and diversity. The program includes a performance, a discussion with the director, and an arts-oriented campus tour. A French proficiency level of at least B1 is required. Participants benefit from travel cost reimbursement and will receive the "Carte Culture" for discounted access to cultural events. More
Sustainability Excursion to Freiburg On March 20, 2026, a free excursion to Freiburg will take place for Eucor students, focusing on the theme of sustainability and a tour of the Vauban eco-district. Participants require proficiency in English as well as German or French (B1 level) and can register for the event until March 13. The day is organized as part of the "Printemps de la transition écologique" (Spring of Ecological Transition), with travel cost reimbursement potentially available. More
KIT and University of Strasbourg Launch New Eucor Master in Sustainable Water Management Starting in autumn 2026, KIT and the University of Strasbourg will offer the new English-language Master’s program "Continental Water Sustainability" (CWS). This interdisciplinary program combines natural sciences, social sciences, and engineering to train specialists in sustainable water management and innovative solutions to climate change. Graduates will receive a double degree from both universities. Application deadlines end in March and May 2026, depending on the institution. More
Call for Applications: University of Basel Cross-Border Education Grant 2026/27 The University of Basel is announcing the Cross-Border Education Grant for innovative teaching collaborations with partners from the Eucor network and the EPICUR alliance for the 2026/27 academic year. Projects for Master’s and doctoral students are supported with funding of up to 4,000 CHF, and the application deadline is April 17, 2026. More
Tour Eucor 2026: Registration Open From June 22–27, 2026, Tour Eucor invites you to a five-day cycling trip through the Upper Rhine region, connecting all five Eucor universities. The tour is open to all cycling enthusiasts who wish to explore new cities. Starting and ending in Karlsruhe, the route includes stops in Strasbourg, Mulhouse, Basel, and Freiburg. Evening programs will further enrich the experience. Registration is open until February 21, 2026. More

36th Strasbourg Talks From January 16 to 18, 2026, JEF Oberrhein will host the 36th Strasbourg Talks, where students and young adults will discuss the future of healthcare cooperation in the tri-border region. Through expert lectures and workshops, participants will develop a collective advocacy paper for improved medical collaboration in the Upper Rhine region. Registration is available for a fee of €10, which includes accommodation, travel expenses, and meals on-site. More
