International Cooperations

KIT maintains numerous and wide-ranging partnerships with institutions in more than 65 countries. Our portfolio of services is designed for KIT employees as well as our international partners and includes:

1. Information management and consulting regarding KIT’s international collaborations on
   • international initiatives, target regions, and countries
   • International alumni (in collaboration with the Innovation and Relations Management (IRM) business unit) 
   • International partners and agreements 
   • Funding opportunities for international activities   
      
2. Country and regional expertise
   • Support for international collaborations through 
     • preparing, drafting, renewing, and expanding international cooperation agreements and MoU
     • Establishing and facilitating contacts 
     • Coordination and organization of fact-finding missions
   • Monitoring and analyzing research and education policy activities in KIT’s priority regions
   • Support for the implementation and further development of KIT’s internationalization strategy
