International mobility for KIT employees

The international mobility of KIT employees is a cornerstone of the internationalization of KIT.

Various instruments are used to promote stays abroad by researchers, lecturers and other staff at KIT.

The KHYS also lists foreign and guest scholarships, which are primarily (but not only) aimed at young researchers.

Selected opportunities for mobility funding

• via Fulbright Commission: Programs for German university experts and administrators that offer the opportunity to further their education in the various areas of the American university system in the USA.
• via the HGF: Job shadowing and internships.
  Applications are submitted via PEBA and the Executive Board
• via ERASMUS+ staff mobility: For mobility measures in the EU
