Transcript of Records

In order to transfer the credits you have earned at KIT to your home university, you should download your Transcript of Records once your exams are completed and your grades have been published. You can download and print your Transcript of Records yourself for up to six months after you have been de-enrolled from KIT. Please follow these steps:

• Login to https://campus.studium.kit.edu/english/index.php
• Select Certificates tab
• Select Grade Table

If you experience any technical issues, we recommend contacting your departmental coordinator of your faculty at KIT.

You can also download the Transcript of Records from abroad, as the entire process is online. Therefore, it is not necessary to request it before leaving the country or KIT. You have six months after the end of the semester to download your Transcript of Records. After that period, your KIT account will be deactivated, and you will need to pay a fee to obtain the document.
