Eucor Intercultural French Workshop for Staff

As part of the workshop, KIT staff had the opportunity to refresh their French skills and delve into the topic of interculturality over six sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours. The workshop was conducted in both French and German. It focused on practical examples and communication training in an intercultural context, including role-playing activities. The bilingual trainers provided tools for successful contact and intercultural understanding from social, societal, and professional perspectives in the neighboring French cultural sphere. The goal was to encourage speaking French and motivate exchange within the border region. KIT organized the workshop in collaboration with the Centre Culturel Franco-Allemand Karlsruhe Foundation.

Staff from both academia and administration can take advantage of Eucor staff mobility for job shadowing, expanding collaborations, and further training at Eucor partner universities. Travel and accommodation costs can be covered. You can find more information here.
