Research Projects

Application & Selection Process
- Nomination: get in touch with your university’s international exchange office
- Project Application: Submit your academic transcript and a motivation letter for the research project you are interested in
- Screening & Interview: Candidates are evaluated by project coordinators and supervisors from KIT
- Acceptance & Pre-arrival Preparation: Participate in pre-departure seminars to help you preparing your departure and to get to know KIT’s staff, students’ mentor and other international students in the group
- Mobility Abroad: Engage in academic research, events, excursions, and mentoring at KIT from April/May to August.
- Completion & Return: Submit a final report, share your research results and your cultural adventure in Germany with fellow students and KIT’s staff in a feedback-workshop before departure in August.
