Welcome to KIT! The International Scholar and Welcome Office (IScO) is here to support you and your family from day one.

Every second Monday morning, we invite you to our welcome event series Good Morning, Karlsruhe! Designed for international researchers and academic visitors, the event offers an easy first point of orientation, personal support, and opportunities to connect. Meet the IScO team in person over a cup of coffee or tea, ask your questions directly, and network with other international researchers. 

Program at a glance

09:00 - 09:30 a.m.: Welcome by the Head of the IScO, Song Utz, and introduction of the researchers

09:30 - 10:00 a.m.: First orientation in Karlsruhe and Germany as well as important information about the KIT institutes and the services of the IScO

10:00 - 11:00 a.m.: Individual consultation and exchange with the IScO team
