CERN Technical Student Programme

CERN

CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research (Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire) was founded in 1954 as one of the first joint European projects. Today it consists of 23 member states and represents one of the world's largest and most renowned research centers for fundamental research in physics. This is where scientists search for the fundamental laws of the universe. CERN is located on the border between France and Switzerland near the Swiss city of Geneva.
