What do I have to do?

Please pay the semester fees at the latest two weeks before you wish to enrol. You can still pay the fees in your home country by bank transfer or from a bank account in Germany! The notification of fees will tell you how much you have to pay. It also contains the details of the bank transfer and the purpose of the transfer. These details are only valid for you! To enrol, you will need confirmation that you have paid the money. Further information on fees can be found on the tuition fees page.

You must re-register for your studies each semester via the Campus Management System for KIT students re-register.To do this, you must have paid the semester fees beforehand and still have health insurance. This is necessary if you wish to continue studying at KIT.

Please re-register at these times: summer semester: January 15 - February 15, winter semester: July 1 - August 15.

If you pay late, you will have to pay an additional €18. If you do not pay, you will be de-registered.
