Interculturality shapes everyday life and collaboration in the German-French-Swiss border region. In this workshop, participants will explore the fundamentals of self-perception and how others perceive us, reflect on typical situations encountered in everyday professional life in the German-French context, and try out practical approaches for successful intercultural collaboration.

In addition, the event provides an opportunity to share personal experiences regarding conflicts, misunderstandings, and successful strategies for resolution. A light lunch will also offer a chance to network and learn more about Eucor – The European Campus.

The workshop will be held bilingually in German and French and is organized in cooperation with the Franco-German Cultural Center in Karlsruhe.
