Are you applying for Erasmus+ & SEMP for the next academic year or or thinking out doing so later during your studies?
 
This event provides a comprehensive overview of the Erasmus+ and Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP) exchange programs, which enable students to gain international experience in Europe and Switzerland.
 
∎ The requirements for applying to the Faculty of Informatics will be discussed, as well as the deadlines and documents required for a successful application.
 
∎ The application process is explained step by step.
∎ In addition, the various support options and scholarships will be presented.
∎ Furthermore, there will be enough time to ask your questions to the Faculty of informatics as well as to the International Student Office (IStO).
 
This workshop is relevant for all students in the KIT Department of Informatics who are pursuing a KIT degree may participate in the program regardless of EU nationality.
 
The workshop will be held in english. You can ask questions in English or German.

Am Donnerstag, den 4. Dezember 2025, in der Mittagspause von 13.05-13.55 Uhr findet unsere Infoveranstaltung „Studium im Ausland“ im Hörsaal Sport (Gebäude 40.40) statt.
Neben allgemeinen Informationen über mögliche Auslandsaufenthalte, Partneruniversitäten, Bewerbungsabläufe, Deadlines oder Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten werden auch diesmal wieder Sportstudierende, die während des Studiums im Ausland waren, von ihren Erfahrungen berichten und für Eure Fragen offen sein.

Do you experience racism in everyday life or at university?
Do you sometimes feel alone or misunderstood?
 
In this empowerment workshop, you will find a safe space in which you can
exchange ideas with other people affected, share experiences, draw strength together and develop new strategies for setting boundaries and demanding respect.  
Whether it's everyday racism or institutional racism - here you will meet people who have experienced similar things. Together we want to activate our strengths, support each other and develop strategies for study and everyday life to strengthen your self-awareness and make you more self-confident.
 
The workshop will be led by Dr. Kidist Hailu (intercultural consultant & coach for personal development). It will take place in a safe space so that people affected by racism and discrimination can feel safe and supported to openly exchange and share their own experiences.
 
The exact name of the room will be announced by e-mail after registration.
 
General conditions:
