The Eucor Science Slam offers early-career researchers the opportunity to creatively present their research on stage through storytelling and performance workshops. The event series includes dates in Karlsruhe, Strasbourg, and Freiburg, followed by a grand finale on December 1, 2026.

Are you applying for Erasmus+ & SEMP?  
The application deadline for academic year 2027/28 (Winter Semester 27/28 and Summer Semester 28) is on 14 January 2027! 
 
This session is relevant for *all students in the KIT Department of Informatics who are pursuing a KIT degree may participate in the program regardless of EU nationality.
 
We will provide a comprehensive overview of the Erasmus+ and Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP) exchange programs, including:
The requirements for applying to the Faculty of Informatics will be discussed, as well as the deadlines and documents required for a successful application The application process is explained step by step Various support options and scholarships will be presented Furthermore, there will be enough time to ask your questions to the Faculty of informatics as well as to the International Student Office (IStO)   It will be held in english and you can ask questions in English or German.

You must decide in advance whether you wish to apply to either the KIT Department of Economics and Management or the KIT Department of Informatics. Simultaneous application to both KIT Departments is not allowed.

The International Buddy Program invites you to the International Café – a monthly event where you can meet new people, make international friendships, and discover different cultures in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Learn more about opportunities in Karlsruhe and throughout Germany while enjoying a pleasant evening with other students.
The House of Competence (HoC) and the Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe cooperate in this event and will be present with an information table to answer your questions and assist you.
Join our International Café on every first Wednesday of the month.
