Studying abroad can be exciting, but it can also come with challenges. This workshop series offers a supportive space for international Bachelor’s and Master’s students from KIT and Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences to connect, share experiences and learn from each other.

Together, we will reflect on student life, exchange practical tips and explore resources that support your well-being during your studies.

The sessions are guided by a professional coach, who will introduce helpful self-care strategies and practical tools to manage stress, strengthen resilience and maintain balance in everyday student life.
A chance to connect with fellow international students, reflect on your experiences and take care of your well-being.

Sessions are held in English and participation is free of charge.

Your voice. Our university. Our future.
How political should or can a university be? Which perspectives shape our campus? And how can we stay in conversation with each other despite differing opinions?
“Speak Up!” invites those interested to an open dialogue about politics at the university. In professionally moderated discussion rounds, we create space for exchange, listening, and different viewpoints.
Registration via Campus Plus.
