The application deadline for academic year 2027/28 (Winter Semester 27/28 and Summer Semester 28) is on 14 January 2027! 

This session is relevant for *all students in the KIT Department of Informatics who are pursuing a KIT degree may participate in the program regardless of EU nationality.

We will provide a comprehensive overview of the Erasmus+ and Swiss-European Mobility Program (SEMP) exchange programs, including:

• The requirements for applying to the Faculty of Informatics will be discussed, as well as the deadlines and documents required for a successful application
• The application process is explained step by step
• Various support options and scholarships will be presented
• Furthermore, there will be enough time to ask your questions to the Faculty of informatics as well as to the International Student Office (IStO)
•  

It will be held in english and you can ask questions in English or German.

*Note for applicants of the study program Information Systems:
You must decide in advance whether you wish to apply to either the KIT Department of Economics and Management or the KIT Department of Informatics. Simultaneous application to both KIT Departments is not allowed.
