Consultation hours in different languages (German, English, Arabic, Ukrainian) usually take place online every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 14:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs. Please make an appointment with us in advance by e-mail for the online consultation.
On the remaining dates, the consultation takes place in person in Adenauerring 2, Building 50.20, Room 005. It is not necessary to make an appointment.
