In cooperation with the TU9 universities, KIT offers a four-week program of Chinese language courses with cultural excursions and accommodation at Beijing Institute of Technology.

It will be a wonderful opportunity to gain access to overseas learning experience together with elite Chinese students at an internationally acclaimed research university in Shanghai, China. There are two different programs on offer in the summer of 2019, including Global Summer School and Summer Research Internship.

Global Summer School

2019 SJTU Global Summer School runs two sessions from July to August, including a two-week session that focuses on Chinese Policy, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Urban Horticulture; a four-week session that offers course in Chinese Creativity, China Studies and Brain facts. In addition, free Chinese Language and Culture is offered as optional course to all students. Global Summer School provides international students with a unique experience of Chinese culture and history through a combination of lectures, workshops and field trips.

SJTU Summer Research Internship

In 2019, SJTU offers 55 world-class research projects for oversea undergraduate students which covers 12 fields including mechanical engineering, electronic information and electronic engineering, agriculture and pharmacy, etc. The internship lasts six weeks. All students admitted will be waived of tuition fee and they have the chance to be awarded scholarships offered by SJTU. Students can have chance to attend in the paper-writing process and served as a co-author on one publication. Summer research internship will help you lay the foundation for career. Start early and prepare carefully: finding a good summer internship will be worth your time and effort.

The Global Entrepreneurship Summer School (GESS) is a unique education program for young change agents. It is organized by the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie (SEA) in cooperation with six leading university-based entrepreneurship centers in Munich (TUM, LMU, MUAS), Shanghai (Tongji University), Mexico City (Tecnológico de Monterrey) and Cape Town (LifeCo UnLtd South Africa). 

During the program, the following costs are covered for all participants:

-Full board for 7 days (i.e. meals).

-Accommodation in shared rooms for a maximum of 8 nights.

-On-site transportation (via public transit) to the locations of GESS activities.

Two unique sessions will be offered at ISS 2019. The July Session, which lasts for five weeks, offers 27 courses in five academic areas taught by outstanding CUHK and visiting professors from overseas universities. It will be followed by the three week August Session, which exclusively offers intensive Chinese language courses. All courses will be taught in English apart from Chinese language courses.

The University of Southern Denmark is happy to tell you about their exciting summer school with courses from the Faculties of Engineering, Science and Humanities!
 
All courses are open to Danish and international full-time students, exchange students and free movers who will be working together in teams in the intensive 5 ECTS courses. 

In addition to the courses, the summer school offers a lively programme of social and cultural activities in and around the cities of Odense and Kolding. Students will also get the chance to join in on some of the festivals taking place during the summer.

2 day programme leading up to the Green Challenge conference:

DTU's two day programme offers social activities leading up to the student conference. The activities include an introduction to the student life at DTU, a workshop on how to pitch a project, and a sight-seeing tour in the Copenhagen area. DTU pays for food and accommodation. 3 week course + student conference:

DTU's three week course prepares the student for the Green Challenge conference. The programme offers the students the opportunity to participate in an intensive 5 ECTS credit course taking place in the beginning of June. Our Housing Office provides accommodation at the student's own expenses.

We will be offering a free short course in the Economics of Pandemics designed for students over 18 and professionals who wish to enhance their learning and experience a new topic on the world’s most relevant issue today. The course is open to anyone across the globe and will be of interest to students pursuing graduation or post-graduation in any discipline, faculty members and research scholars, and young working professionals.

The University of Leeds invites students to participate in their Summer School in 2020. Courses are offered in Arts and Humanities, Business, Engineering and Science, Political and Social Sciences. Courses run in two blocks from July 4^th to 18^th or 19^th to August 1^st. There will also be excursions in and around Leeds and social events.

Leeds International Summer School (LISS) will run from Saturday 30 June to Sunday 29 July 2018 and offers you the opportunity to study abroad, travel and earn credit. Tampere Summer School is a great opportunity for students and graduates from all over the world to attend international summer courses with high-quality teaching and inspiring atmosphere. Tampere Summer School 2018 is jointly organised by University of Tampere (UTA), Tampere University of Technology (TUT) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK). We offer over 30 courses covering various academic fields and up-to-date topics on both Bachelor and Master level.

The seventh LUT Summer School is running this year from 16 July - 10 August 2018!

This summer they will offer both Bachelor's and Master's level courses, all together 24 courses in the fields of technology and business.
During the summer school, they also offer students an opportunity to visit St. Petersburg, Russia, on the weekend 27-29 July 2018.

International Helsinki Days (IHD) is an international seminar organized by the Student Union at Hanken School of Economics.
