Landau, the “garden city”, is one of the largest wine-growing communities in Germany. There, Germany’s mildest climate (more than 1,800 hours of sunshine per year) makes it possible that the growing season is one month longer.
With almost all architectural styles of past centuries, a foray into Landau is also a trip straight to the past.
We will be having a tour with an English-speaking guide through the historical old town of Landau with a visit to the tower of the church called “Stiftskirche”.
