With BPSA STUBE offers financial assistance and counsel-ling to students who intend to do a research project or an internship which shows a relationship to development goals. This one-day seminar is addressed to students who just want to get informed, who do not receive a scholarship or have already applied for a scholarship. However the seminar is obligatory for those intending to apply for BPSA. The seminar primarily deals with planning, organization and analysis of BPSA. After many years abroad, it is often difficult to adapt the acquired knowledge in student’s home country. An on-site internship or research project is therefore a great opportuni-ty to do so. Furthermore, BSPA offers the opportunity to explore the labour market and the confrontation with former familiar environment that may have become strange. BPSA hence serves as a preliminary platform for reintegration. The seminar aims to inform about the possibilities and con-ditions of financing BPSA, to allow those who have taken BPSA to share experiences so that those who are intending to do BPSA could learn from these and hence better plan-ning and utilization of the BPSA.
