Peer-coaching is a form of consultation in which individuals with a shared background learn from each other’s experiences. By discussing the challenges of your situation with other postdoctoral researchers in a structured format and within a trustful environment, you can gain valuable ideas for resolving current challenges in your work-context.

The consultation will be held in English.
