Check In


Office hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30–14:00 h and Friday 7:30-12:00, except on bank holidays

Pleas note that our romms can be entered by 11:00 am.

  • For arrivals outside these office hours, special arrangements have to be made.
  • Check-in arrangements should be made about two weeks before arrival at the guesthouse, by writing to:  reservations-gh∂intl kit edu
  • Check-in time is 13:00 h at the earliest. 
  • Check-out time is 9:00 h at the latest.

 

Check Out

 

Before you leave the KIT International Guesthouse please carefully read the instructions in this form. A printed version will be provided towards the end of your stay via your letter box on the 4th floor. Kindly fill in the form and hand it back to the reception office of the KIT International Guesthouse.
 

 

In general, move-outs ought to be accomplished by 09:00 am on the day of your departure.

Please also bear in mind that you will have to deal with some organizational matters before you leave our guesthouse.

We strongly recommend to inform especially your German bank, health insurance, and your employer in time about your relocation.

You should also cancel all contracts you might have concluded during your stay in Germany, for instance, with telecommunication providers, newspapers, local gyms etc.

We have to point out that we cannot guarantee for any incoming mail arriving after your relocation. We therefore strongly recommend to arrange a forwarding request, in case you move within Germany for instance.
