The “Personal Orientation” workshop will give you the opportunity to reflect on, analyse and evaluate your current professional situation. You will thus examine your personal goals and derive from them specific next steps to further advance your career and competences.

Through such an appraisal, you can systematically support the planning of your career and personal life (e.g. when considering specific steps for preparing your career in either scientific or industrial domains) or prepare the discussion of career-related issues with your superiors.

Please note that this workshop does not provide an individual job counselling. Rather, its goal is to help you laying the foundation for deciding about the directions of your medium-term professional and personal development.

This workshop is open to postdoctoral researchers at KIT who are KHYS members.

The workshop will be held in English.
