Within a personal orientation you will be given the opportunity to reflect on, analyse and evaluate your present professional situation. There are many occasions for a personal orientation, for example:

- Successful completion of your PhD
- As basis for annual performance reviews with your superior
- When considering specific career steps within science or industrial companies
. In case of questions concerning life- and career plans

Within the personal orientation you deal with personal aims and … specific steps for your career and competence development.

It costs the equivalent of 150€. For young researchers participation is 40€ *.
